Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced automation specialist to architect, build, and maintain intelligent enterprise solutions. You will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform alongside modern AI integrations to streamline workflows, build custom applications, and drive business efficiency.
What You Will Do
Architect and execute comprehensive business automation initiatives utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
Engineer, optimize, and maintain both cloud-based flows and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) via Power Automate.
Construct tailored Model-driven and Canvas applications to solve complex business needs using Power Apps.
Implement next-generation AI workflows by leveraging Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Configure custom Copilot Agents designed for rapid knowledge discovery, task automation, and seamless user assistance.
Connect Power Platform architecture with broader enterprise ecosystems, including Dataverse, APIs, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
Drive intelligent business insights by embedding AI functionalities (like AI Builder) natively into existing business applications.
Partner with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders to map requirements to secure, high-performance automation frameworks.
Provide ongoing support, debugging, and continuous improvement for deployed platform solutions.
Maintain strict compliance with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), governance protocols, and data security architectures.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 7 years of dedicated, hands-on background in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Automation: Deep technical proficiency in Power Automate (both Cloud flows and Desktop RPA).
App Development: Demonstrated track record of delivering robust enterprise applications via Power Apps.
AI Integration: Direct experience configuring and deploying Copilot Agents and utilizing Copilot Studio.
Systems Architecture: Thorough comprehension of custom connectors, enterprise API integrations, and Microsoft Dataverse.
Platform Security: In-depth knowledge of ALM, platform governance, and enterprise data protection standards.
Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Familiarity with Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting dashboards.
Active Microsoft certifications in the AI, Copilot, or Power Platform tracks.
Background working with Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions.
Prior experience drafting and implementing platform governance and security models from the ground up.
