How Supersourcing describes itself
Supersourcing presents itself as AI-powered hiring, IT staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and GCC setup. It says its AI-powered system sources the top 2% of talent for contract, full-time and managed roles, that it helps companies set up global capability centres in India, and that it also builds apps for clients (supersourcing.com, checked 16 October 2026).
How HookStep is different
- Engineers only: India-based engineers who join your team on contract, contract-to-hire or permanent placement. No RPO, GCC setup or app development.
- Remote from India or on-site at your office in an Indian city.
- A job board and hiring workspace as well: you can publish roles yourself and manage applicants in one dashboard.
- Outside our strongest skills we say that we are sourcing for the role, rather than claiming someone is waiting on a bench.
Which one fits
- Supersourcing is likely the better fit if you want one provider for hiring and wider services, such as setting up a GCC in India, outsourcing your recruitment process, or having an app built.

Frequently asked questions
Does HookStep set up GCCs or run RPO?
No. HookStep supplies engineers and runs a job board. If you need a GCC set up or your whole recruitment process outsourced, a provider that offers those services is a better fit.
How is pricing set?
Engineer rates are quoted per role, against the seniority, stack and engagement type in your brief. There is no fixed monthly rate card for engineers, so share the role and the budget you have in mind and we will tell you plainly whether we can fill it.
Do I interview the engineers myself?
Yes. You get profiles for your specific requirement, you run your own interviews, and nobody starts until you approve them.
Can the engineer work in my time zone?
Most of our engineers are in India (IST, UTC+5:30). For US or European teams we agree the required overlap hours in the brief and only put forward people who can commit to them.
