About the Role
We are looking for a Snowflake Data Engineer with a strong background in PL/SQL to join our data team. You will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines and managing our data warehouse solutions, ensuring our data architecture is efficient and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture: Design and develop robust data pipelines within the Snowflake environment.
SQL Mastery: Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and complex queries for data processing.
ETL/ELT Management: Build and manage workflows for data ingestion and transformation.
Migration & Modeling: Lead data migration from legacy systems to Snowflake and handle data modeling using Star/Snowflake schemas.
Performance & Quality: Conduct performance tuning, query optimization, and ensure rigorous data quality validation.
Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills
Core Tech: Hands-on experience with Snowflake and strong expertise in PL/SQL.
Data Tooling: Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools like Informatica, ADF, or Talend.
Engineering Fundamentals: Strong SQL skills, data modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Optimization: Proven ability to handle performance tuning and query optimization in a data-heavy environment.
