Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly specialized Senior Oracle Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our client's technical team. This role is dedicated to the technical architecture and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM, with a specific emphasis on the Compensation and Benefits modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring these complex modules are configured to meet global business standards while maintaining high system performance.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Module Configuration: Lead the full-lifecycle implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation and Benefits.

  • Technical Customization: Design, develop, and test complex Fast Formulas for salary increments, bonus eligibility, and benefits enrollment logic.

  • Reporting & Data Extraction: Create and manage high-level reports using BI Publisher and OTBI. Develop and maintain HCM Extracts for downstream payroll and third-party systems.

  • Data Management: Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) for large-scale data migrations, updates, and system integrations.

  • Process Automation: Configure and troubleshoot BPM Workflows and approval rules to streamline HR operations.

  • Support & Maintenance: Conduct root-cause analysis for complex technical issues, manage Oracle SRs (Service Requests), and perform impact analysis for quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.

  • Collaboration: Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during stakeholder meetings to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

  • Specialization: Extensive hands-on expertise in Compensation and Benefits modules is a mandatory requirement.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud technical tools (HDL, PBL, HCM Extracts).

  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of global HR business processes and annual compensation cycles.

  • Availability: Ready to support a 10 AM - 9 PM IST shift with a focus on remote delivery excellence.
