We are seeking a Senior Geneva Developer with 8–12 years of overall experience to lead technical development and operational support for the Advent Geneva platform. This role is perfect for a specialist who understands the deep functional layers of hedge fund structures and can bridge the gap between complex investment data and high-quality financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Development: Expertly write and fix custom RSL and RDL reports; demonstrate deep mastery of GLMAPs and the Geneva Data Browser.
Functional Leadership: Manage complex investment types including Swaps, Bank Debt, and Convertible Bonds.
Migrations & Upgrades: Lead Geneva version upgrades and migration projects, including new fund onboarding from legacy systems.
Operational Support: Partner with operations teams to resolve PnL allocations, NAV/GAV discrepancies, fee accruals, and performance fee calculations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for auditors, operations, and external data vendors (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Markit).
Documentation: Maintain rigorous business documentation, user manuals, and technical guides.
Required Skills & Expertise
Geneva Mastery: Extensive experience in Geneva Fund Structures, Setup, Allocation, and Security/Pricing setup.
Reporting Expert: Proven ability to convert complex business requirements into high-performing custom reports.
Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate actions, reconciliations, break resolutions, and market value/accrued interest calculations.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting abilities with a focus on hedge fund accounting and data integrity.
Technical Tools: High proficiency in Excel for business support and data validation.
