Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a high level of technical ownership, focusing on building scalable web applications with a modern frontend in React (TypeScript) and a high-performance backend using Python FastAPI.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Architect and implement responsive user interfaces in React while developing robust, high-concurrency APIs using Python FastAPI.
Database Management: Design and maintain efficient data schemas and queries within MongoDB.
Project Delivery: Take ownership of features from conception to deployment, ensuring high code quality and performance.
Technical Advocacy: Demonstrate and explain architectural decisions based on hands-on experience from previous large-scale projects.
Continuous Improvement: Integrate best practices in coding, security, and scalability to enhance the existing application ecosystem.
Required Skills
Frontend: 6+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript.
Backend: Strong proficiency in Python FastAPI for building modern RESTful services.
Database: Hands-on expertise with MongoDB (NoSQL).
Proven Track Record: Ability to showcase technical depth through past project achievements and problem-solving scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus)
Professional experience with C# and .NET.
Knowledge of Automation and Unit Testing frameworks.
Practical exposure to Cloud and DevOps environments (Azure, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines).
