Job Description
We are looking for a Reporting Specialist with 5+ years of experience to lead the design and development of advanced reporting solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role is critical for transforming complex ERP data into actionable business insights through SSRS and Power BI integration.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting Architecture: Design, develop, and customize complex reports using SSRS tailored for Dynamics 365.
Data Visualization: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, with a focus on embedding and integrating them directly within the D365 environment.
System Optimization: Work within ERP reporting frameworks to ensure data accuracy, high performance, and scalability of all reporting assets.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical reporting specifications.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot reporting bottlenecks and data discrepancies in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Skills
D365 Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 reporting structures.
SSRS Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in SSRS report development and customization.
Power BI: Strong experience in Power BI, particularly integrated/embedded solutions.
ERP Knowledge: Solid understanding of ERP systems and general reporting frameworks.
Communication: Excellent stakeholder communication skills with a proven ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical users.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automated report scheduling and distribution.
Familiarity with SQL Server and D365 data entities.
