We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead the design and implementation of IT Operations Management solutions. This role is focused on building a high-accuracy CMDB and driving automation through Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure a seamless, service-aware infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
ITOM Implementation: Design and deploy robust ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on visibility and health.
CMDB Management: Manage and maintain the CMDB as the "single source of truth" with high data integrity.
Discovery & Mapping: Lead Discovery and Service Mapping implementations to automate infrastructure visibility.
System Integration: Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP and MID Server configurations.
Automation & AI: Drive operational efficiency through automation and contribute to AI-based service initiatives.
Scripting: Utilize JavaScript and Glide APIs for advanced platform customization and technical troubleshooting.
Required Skills
ITOM Mastery: Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules, specifically Discovery, CSDM, and Service Mapping.
CMDB Expertise: Mandatory hands-on expertise in CMDB architecture and management.
Platform Development: Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
Technical Infrastructure: Solid understanding of MID Server management and integration protocols.
Framework Knowledge: Deep understanding of ITIL processes and how they apply to ITOM workflows.
