We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Professional with 7+ years of hands-on experience, specifically specializing in Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This is a high-impact, client-facing contract role designed for an expert who can translate complex financial business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Delivery: Lead the technical implementation and customization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to meet specific industry needs.
Client Engagement: Act in a client-facing capacity to gather requirements, provide technical advisory, and demonstrate solution prototypes.
FSC Optimization: Configure and customize FSC-specific features such as Relationship Groups, Life Goals, Financial Accounts, and Action Plans.
Technical Leadership: Ensure best practices are followed across the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex integrations.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform supports wealth management, insurance, or banking workflows effectively.
Required Skills
Domain Expertise: Strong, demonstrable hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Core Salesforce: Expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including flows, security models, and development (Apex/LWC).
Consultative Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead client discussions.
Project History: 7+ years of total Salesforce experience with a focus on enterprise-level financial projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce FSC Certification is highly preferred.
Experience in Wealth Management, Banking, or Insurance verticals.
