Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Engineer with deep expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) to drive high-volume eCommerce and supply chain solutions.
In this role, you will be the technical anchor for complex fulfillment suites, ensuring high availability, scalability, and seamless integration across global retail environments.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture: Develop and enhance high-volume B2C retail and supply chain solutions using the IBM Sterling OMS Fulfillment Suite.
Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation and upgrade of IBM Sterling OMS (v9.0 and above).
Integration & Design: Architect robust integrations using XML, XSD, SOAP, and REST services.
System Management: Manage application servers (Websphere MQ, JBoss, or Weblogic) and utilize Sterling CDT and Global Inventory Visibility.
Operational Excellence: Support production deployments, troubleshoot critical issues, and perform deep-dive performance tuning.
Agile Leadership: Drive the SDLC process within Agile/Waterfall frameworks, managing version control via Git/SVN.
Required Qualifications
Core Expertise: 8+ years of professional experience in IBM Sterling OMS and Java.
Cloud Knowledge: Proven experience with Cloud Native (AWS) environments and Microservices architecture.
Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with XML, XSD, SOAP, REST, and Application Servers (Websphere MQ/JBoss).
Mandatory Versioning: Direct experience with Sterling OMS Version 9.0 or higher.
Preferred Skills
Experience with OMS upgrades to version 9.3 or higher.
Experience with Omnichannel implementations.
Exposure to Cassandra or advanced caching technologies.
