Role Overview
As a Senior Architect, you will lead the design and hands-on implementation of end-to-end Health Cloud and Data Cloud solutions. You will translate provider-centric business needs into scalable, AI-driven architectures using Agentforce and modern Salesforce tools.
Core Responsibilities
Architect & Build: Design and develop scalable solutions on Health Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), and Agentforce.
Integrate: Lead complex system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and OmniStudio.
Develop: Execute hands-on development using LWC, Apex, Flows, and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors).
Lead: Provide technical vision, oversee data migration, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce with a focus on Architect-level delivery.
Health Cloud: Deep expertise in patient/provider management and care plans.
Mandatory Tech: Hands-on experience with Data Cloud (Data 360) and Agentforce.
Dev Stack: Expert-level LWC, OmniStudio, Apex, and API integrations.
Domain: Strong understanding of the Healthcare Provider space and HIPAA regulations.
Certification: Preferred Salesforce CTA or multiple Architect-level certifications.
