We are growing our community-facing public safety team with clear progression from apprentice through fully qualified CSO. Roles are listed on HookStep first, then we share select openings on LinkedIn. Trainee CSOs rotate through supervised assignments that build operational judgment: community contacts, event support, and partner agency coordination. Successful trainees advance toward independent Community Service Officer duties per policy.
