Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex enterprise web applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Build and maintain a scalable design system
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
Requirements
- 5-8 years of UX/UI design experience
- Expert-level Figma proficiency
- Strong portfolio showing enterprise application design work
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
