Department: Operations (Sales)
Position: Trainee CSO
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Location: Branch Location
Profile: 12th+/Graduate with good communication skills in local language
Timing: General shift (6 days working)

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the microfinance operations at the client level:
o Handle 500+ clients and a portfolio of Rs. Rs.75 Lakhs – 1.5 Crore.
o To enroll new clients per month.
o To survey new villages and submit village mapping form to Branch Manager.
o To conduct open general meeting with clients for their grievances.
o To Identify target borrowers and to form groups and centers.
o To conduct CGT (Compulsory Group Training) and to ensure that each member has clearly understood Satin’s credit policies.
o Fill in loan applications and make recommendations to Branch Manager.
o Document and report client feedback regarding the lending process.
· Maintain client level portfolio quality and control:
o To ensure full, on time loan repayments at the center.
o Complete client level CDS.
o Immediate updation of collection in LMS
o Conduct loan utilization checks on regular intervals.
o Follow up loans in arrears.
o Prepare regular status reports and submit them to the Branch Manager.
o To check 100% LUC after 3 subsequent center meetings.
· Participate as an active member of the overall branch team:
o Attend weekly staff meetings.
o Participate in quarterly and annual branch planning workshops.
o Provide back-up support to other team members as needed.
o Assist in the recruitment and training activities of new recruits held at the branch.
· Other Mandates:
Required Work Experience
· ACSO – Fresher with No working experience (Under NAPS)
· Trainee CSO- Fresher with Non-relevant experience
· CSO- Minimum 1 year of MFI Exp.(*Community Service officer)
· Sr CSO - Minimum 3 years in Recovery/Sales.
Qualification
· 10+2/Graduate
Soft Skills
· High energy, agility to take targets, Negotiations Skills.
Flexibility
· Should be ready to relocate from his Hometown/residential location
Mobility
· Should have two-wheeler or driving license
Communication Skills
· Ability to read and respond in English, mandatorily understands and speaks Local Language
· Can articulate and has clarity on information provided
Logical Ability
· Able to respond logically to standard on job scenarios (Collections/sales)
· Should be able to gauge the Credit worthiness of a customer and decide on the case accordingly
