Locations: Corporate Office — Bhugaon & Null Stop Metro (Pune)
Department: Pre Sales · Salary: ₹40–45K / month CTC (bracket)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday are working days; weekly off on a weekday per HOD approval.
Proactive, articulate Pre-Sales Executive to drive engagement and support sales — strong English (spoken/written) plus Hindi and Marathi; comfortable on the phone using tools such as Zoho telephony.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for inbound leads and inquiries (telephony / Zoho).
- Product presentations, site walkthroughs, and client meetings.
- Qualify needs and tailor messaging; smooth handover to sales.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing on lead quality and follow-up.
- Maintain CRM records for interactions and follow-ups.
- Represent the brand professionally; support events, exhibitions, site activations when required.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluent English and Marathi; Hindi highly useful for customers.
- Experience: Strong English communication in telecalling / customer-facing phone roles; pre-sales exposure in real estate preferred (including reputable developer or relevant BPO/banking call-centre background).
- Customer-first mindset; organised follow-up and goal orientation.
- Education: Bachelor’s or undergraduate studies (or equivalent).
