Job Description
Joining: Immediate · Team: 8–9 on-roll (telecallers & lead-gen)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday are working days; weekly off is one weekday (Mon–Fri), per roster.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Lead the pre-sales pod to drive qualified walk-ins and support sales: targets, call/connect productivity, CRM hygiene, call quality, and alignment with sales & marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to hit daily / weekly / monthly targets.
- Strategies for qualified walk-ins per sales project.
- Enforce minimum calls & connects; monitor productivity.
- Timely follow-ups, scheduling, nurturing — improve walk-in rate and CX.
- Monitor messaging accuracy and conversation quality.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead volume and quality.
- Ensure SOPs and systems; suggest improvements.
- MIS inputs for senior management reviews.
Requirements
- 4–5 years in a leadership role in real estate or financial services pre-sales / tele-calling.
- Strong communication; CRM and lead-management tools.
- Comfort with pressure and aggressive targets.
- Local Pune real estate market knowledge is a plus.
