Pre Sales Head (Team Leader – Pre Sales)

Job Description

Joining: Immediate · Team: 8–9 on-roll (telecallers & lead-gen)

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday are working days; weekly off is one weekday (Mon–Fri), per roster.

Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Lead the pre-sales pod to drive qualified walk-ins and support sales: targets, call/connect productivity, CRM hygiene, call quality, and alignment with sales & marketing.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead, train, and motivate the team to hit daily / weekly / monthly targets.
  2. Strategies for qualified walk-ins per sales project.
  3. Enforce minimum calls & connects; monitor productivity.
  4. Timely follow-ups, scheduling, nurturing — improve walk-in rate and CX.
  5. Monitor messaging accuracy and conversation quality.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead volume and quality.
  7. Ensure SOPs and systems; suggest improvements.
  8. MIS inputs for senior management reviews.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years in a leadership role in real estate or financial services pre-sales / tele-calling.
  • Strong communication; CRM and lead-management tools.
  • Comfort with pressure and aggressive targets.
  • Local Pune real estate market knowledge is a plus.
