About the Role
As a Product Manager at Wing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operational capabilities. This full-time remote position is central to defining, developing, and launching innovative products that streamline our operations, enhance efficiency, and ultimately improve the experience for our teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key operational product areas, aligning with company goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and customer needs within an operations context.
- Translate high-level product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and leadership, to deliver products from conception to launch.
- Prioritize product backlogs effectively, managing trade-offs and ensuring a consistent focus on delivering maximum value.
- Drive product launches, conduct post-launch analysis, and iterate on products based on performance data and feedback.
- Act as the primary advocate for your product area, communicating progress, challenges, and successes to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in Product Management, with a strong preference for roles involving operational products or systems.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing complex products to market and driving measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working effectively with engineering and design teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of using data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

- Technical background (e.g., Computer Science degree, prior software development experience).
