About the Role
Wing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital presence and accelerate growth. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content syndication.
- Plan and execute all digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.), optimizing for performance, ROI, and key KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee website content strategy and SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility, drive traffic, and improve user experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and forecasting.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, recommending new approaches as appropriate.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across major digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and other reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messaging and reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setting, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- A deep understanding of current digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience with specific CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
