About the Role

Wing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital presence and accelerate growth. This full-time, remote position is perfect for an experienced marketer eager to craft and execute innovative digital strategies that resonate with our audience and drive measurable impact across all online channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content syndication.
  • Plan and execute all digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.), optimizing for performance, ROI, and key KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee website content strategy and SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility, drive traffic, and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and forecasting.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, recommending new approaches as appropriate.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across major digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messaging and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setting, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • A deep understanding of current digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with specific CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing assets.
  • Experience working in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
