Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Gen AI Lead Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to design, build, and scale intelligent AI driven systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong full stack engineering expertise with deep experience in generative AI technologies, LLM architectures, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop full stack applications using Python, NodeJS, Java, and Angular
• Lead system design and architecture decisions for scalable AI solutions
• Build and deploy production ready agentic systems using frameworks such as ADK, MCP, and A2A
• Implement LLM powered applications using LangChain, RAG frameworks, and vector databases like Weaviate
• Integrate and work with LLM platforms including OpenAI, Bedrock and models such as GPT, Llama, Claude, and Mistral
• Develop and deploy small language models (SLMs) for production environments
• Optimize LLM token usage and manage costs through effective FinOps strategies
• Work with large scale multimodal datasets including text, image, and audio
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve efficiency and system reliability
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality AI solutions
Required Skills
• 8 to 10 years of experience in software engineering or full stack development
• Strong experience with Python, NodeJS, Java, and Angular
• Hands on experience with LLM technologies, LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector databases
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proven experience deploying AI or ML systems in production environments
• Strong understanding of AI system architecture and scalable application design
