Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to support sales operations, build client relationships, and help achieve sales targets. This role is suitable for candidates at the early stage of their sales career who are eager to develop their skills in business development and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies
Identify and reach out to potential clients
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales processes and client management
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work in a target driven environment
