Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving processes, managing teams, and supporting overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare performance reports
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control
Lead and supervise cross functional teams
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Coordinate with senior management to align operations with company goals
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
3 to 6 years of experience in operations or related roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem solving and decision making ability
Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in process optimization or quality management
Knowledge of ERP systems
MBA or relevant certification
