Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Junior Financial Analyst to support the finance team in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Conduct basic financial analysis and variance analysis
Maintain financial spreadsheets and databases
Help in preparing presentations for management
Monitor expenses and track financial performance
Assist with month end and year end closing activities
Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Basic understanding of financial statements
Good communication skills
High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship experience in finance or accounting
Basic knowledge of financial modeling
Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems
